Insurance companies today focus on disease and illness in routine 10-minute visits rather than on prevention and wellness.  We choose to spend quality time with our patients and focus solely on prevention and wellness.  So, currently we do not accept any insurance plans.  Our apologies for the inconvenience.  You will receive a copy of your bill, which we encourage you to file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Policy holders of Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare may not request reimbursement from their carriers for services and will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging this government policy.  Most laboratory tests are covered by your insurance.  If specialty testing is required, we will discuss the full cost and possible options with you before ordering them.
