I received my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from SWOSU in 1990 and I completed my Health Coach certification in 2015 after going through Stage 2 Invasive Breast Cancer. That experience brought to light for me, the need to help others understand the immense benefit of a holistic approach for disease prevention, overall health, and improved quality of life.
My passion is to help people develop the daily habits that will improve their quality of life and health. Because of my pharmacy background, I also have a great understanding of the body systems: how they work, what happens when the systems get sick, symptoms of the diseases, and supplements and medications that are used for the diseases of the body systems.
I work to develop an individual plan for each client based on their diagnosis, their goals, and their capabilities. Big change happens through the small, intentional habits we have on a daily basis. I will help you improve your health by helping you develop healthy habits for life!
