Hi there! I’m Julie Mott and I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I enjoy coaching people as we explore and implement healthy habits to get you back to optimal health. I offer a supportive environment that enables you to express your goals as we uncover any obstacles together. As your new healthy habits and improvements accumulate, these collective changes will create a much larger impact than originally anticipated. When you’re ready to get started, I’m here to help!

Is Health Coaching for You?

Many people think health coaching only involves help with your diet and exercise. Our Health Coaching program encompasses all aspects of your health that you can control.

We call these the 7 Pillars of Health and we can help you develop healthy life long habits in each of these areas:

What you’ll receive in our Health Coaching packages:

  • 30 minute sessions that include education on body systems and the 7 pillars of health. The sessions also review your food you logged in the app and create accountability.
  • In Body Analysis – state of the art machine that gives you your percentages of body fat, lean muscle mass, water ratios, and basal metabolic rate. We use this information to help you set your goals.
  • Notes and a plan for the week emailed to you within 48 hours of our session. This helps you accomplish things each week.
  • Two automated emails:
    -Healthy Habits – takes you into more detail about the 7 Pillars of Health and gives your Action Points to develop new habits.
    -21 Days of Mindfulness – link to a 5 minute video for 21 days that helps you practice mindfulness. This helps modify your body’s response to stress and increases mindfulness.
  • Access to our clinic app that you can log your food, exercise, and water in. The health coach will be able to access your account and view it along the way.
  • Access to your health coach Monday thru Friday during business times through the app.

More About Julie

After a health crisis of a cancer diagnosis in 2015 I explored every integrative, holistic option I could find to give me the edge along with my treatment plan. This led to major dietary changes, supplements, more movement/activity, meditation/deep breathing, and other modalities. Strengthening my immune system with whole foods (organic whenever possible!!), modifying recipes to include more veggies for our family and reducing/modifying stress were all key to my success. Our bodies can and do heal when you support it with the right foods, nutrients and self care. At the end of my health journey it became clear to me I was called to help others live a healthier life and find their own path to enhanced wellness.
I received my professional training from both the University of Arizona’s Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, as well as the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, before becoming National Board Certified.
I am passionate about all things wellness and the incredible benefits of listening to our bodies. From food choices, movement ideas, mind-body connections, home cooking, etc, I love exploring improvements we can all make towards better health and wellness. I look forward to working with you on your personalized plan as you improve your overall health!
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two children and dogs.
